Our passion is to deliver fast, honest and reliable computer repair and tech support services throughout Greater Manchester.
We are entering our next phase of growth and, therefore, are looking for a passionate, ambitious and motivated Sales assistant to join our small team. We love working together to drive the business and ourselves forward so that we all can achieve our work and personal goals.
You will play an integral role in our customers’ journey and business growth. With a focus on building interest in helping residential and businesses clients, you will be pivotal in booking jobs and appointments while ensuring devices are collected and returned on time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Converting warm leads into repair jobs
- Answering email queries
- Answering incoming calls
- Booking appointments to collect and return devices.
- You will be collecting and returning devices (Small company van will be provided)
- Contacting Directors of Businesses across Manchester
- Building rapport with key decision-makers
- Discussing how we can add value to their business and increase their success
