Spoke to Charlie on the phone today regarding a laptop that wouldnt turn on due to a charging issue. Charlie was extremely helpful, not only in identifying what the problem COULD be over the phone, but in providing information on how easy it would be to repair and how quickly it would be fixed. When I informed him that I would need it repaired by monday, and he said he only had availability later in the day, he then provided me with the information of other services around manchester that could help me out sooner as my problem was time sensitive and he did not want to leave it too late for me in case he was not able to solve the issue in time.
