First time using Manchester PC, as I usually try to fix things myself, but I got to the point where I wasn’t able to. They made the whole process—from the initial call—a breeze, understanding my situation and the possible issues. They were able to book me a slot that worked around my schedule and were very professional the whole way through. I checked in every now and then, and they were able to fix my problem very quickly while reassuring me the whole time. There’s not one thing I could complain about. I’m more than happy with the service and the time frame the whole process took (they even cleaned my PC!). Great work! ✅

Got my laptop back today. You can see from my images my screen got water damaged. I'm glad this company was able to do pick up and delivery as I don't drive and they make the process simple you may have to wait a bit between the time of the message saying someone will arrive and them knocking on but this is a fairly quick process. Staff were lovely when I checked for an update, my laptop was a longer process as they wanted to ensure the parts were dried to prevent more damage. Every email they sent were lovely and they're helpful if you need further clarification on anything. Price was better than having to buy a new laptop too which is surprising. Would definitely recommend their services 🙂 Thank you for fixing my laptop.

Highly recommend this company. My water bottle leaked on my laptop I could turn it off but it would shut down after. I completed the form on the website, selected a time and day for them to collect my laptop. They are transparent about pricing had my laptop needed other pieces they would seek permission first. They dropped it off this morning and luckily for me its back to normal. I would be happy to use them again, thank you for a great service

Top notch. Reliable, able, competitively priced. I’m trying to keep an ancient machine working for a little while longer and they totally understood the brief. Did a full diagnostic on what was needed in the medium term but, in the short-term, got me up and running really well. Plus they pick up and deliver for free in the local area (I would have been happy to pay for delivery if outside their catchment area). Also, their emails are very funny and brighten the dampest Mancunian day..

I needed a screen replacement for my laptop, and the service was so quick and convenient - they pick up and drop off to your home! After a month, I ran into some issues with my screen (ended up being driver issues with my laptop model). I was so relieved that they offer a 3 month warranty for any parts replaced. I contacted them back, and they worked really hard to troubleshoot, and help me to fix the problem. Admir went above and beyond, and kept me constantly updated on what they were trying. They even lent me a spare laptop for a conference I had while my laptop was being repaired!
