Manchester PC started where trust is hardest to earn: fixing the machines people depend on, against the clock, for customers who'd been let down before. That workshop discipline (diagnose properly, fix the cause, prove it works) is now what we bring to AI.
Why we're different
Most AI consultancies started with a pitch deck. We started with a screwdriver.
Years of repair work teach you things a business course can't: how to listen to a problem properly, how to explain technical things to people who just want it fixed, and how to stand behind your work when it's your name on the door.
When AI made it possible to fix not just computers but the work that happens on them (the admin, the quoting, the chasing, the marketing), expanding was the obvious next step. Not a pivot. The same job, one level up.
So we don't sell transformation programmes or innovation workshops. We find the thing that's costing you time or money, build the system that fixes it, and stay around to keep it running. That's it. That's the business.

We dig into how the work actually happens today and where the time and money leak. Then we tell you straight what’s worth fixing, and what isn’t. Sometimes the honest answer is “you don’t need us”.

We design and build the fix: an automation, a website, a system, a plan. You see progress as it happens, in plain English, with no surprises on the invoice.

We stay accountable after launch. Systems get monitored, measured and improved, and when you call, you speak to the people who built it.
