However, very large websites, complex content, booking systems, large e-commerce stores, membership areas, custom integrations, advanced databases, large copywriting projects or websites with dozens of pages may need a separate quote. We will always explain this clearly before starting, so there are no surprises.
A simple extra service page is very different from a complex custom page. We look at the size and complexity of the project, not just the number of pages.

Is the website really free?
Yes. We design and build the website free. You only pay if you approve it and want it to go live on one of our monthly plans. You give no payment details until then.
What do I pay for?
Your monthly plan covers managed hosting, SSL, security updates, backups, professional email, support and the ongoing website service, plus small content updates. The Growth Lead Website and AI-Ready Lead System also include lead-management features.
Is there a contract?
There is no long contract. You can cancel after the first month by giving 30 days’ notice in writing (email is fine).
Do I get professional email?
Yes. Starter includes 1 professional mailbox, Growth includes up to 3, and the AI-Ready Lead System includes up to 5. A professional mailbox means an address such as hello@yourbusiness.co.uk instead of a personal Gmail or Outlook address. Email migration, historic mailbox transfer or complex setup may be quoted separately.
What is lead management?
It means enquiries are stored and tracked in a simple backend instead of only landing in an inbox. Growth includes a simple lead dashboard with status tracking and notes. AI-Ready adds custom forms by service, source tracking, priority fields and exportable lead data.
Can you guarantee leads or Google rankings?
No. No honest company can guarantee rankings, leads or sales. We build using strong foundations for SEO, AI search, trust and conversion, but results depend on your market, competition, offer, location and follow-up.
What makes you different from other web designers?
We run our own service business, Manchester PC. We use the same landing-page, content, trust-building and lead-processing frameworks we developed from generating and handling real customer enquiries. We understand the business side, not just the design.
How many pages do I get?
Each plan includes a sensible website size for that type of business. The page numbers are a guide, not a trap. A few extra simple pages may be included under fair use, but very large or complex websites may need a separate quote. We always explain this clearly first.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes, where suitable. We can either rebuild it or improve the structure, depending on the current website, domain, hosting and content.
Is this suitable for e-commerce?
This offer is mainly for service businesses and lead-generation websites. A small product or catalogue section may be possible, but large e-commerce stores, booking and membership systems need a separate quote.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan continues during the 30-day notice period. After cancellation, the website and any hosting and email connected to the plan may be taken offline, unless you move them elsewhere or buy the site out under an agreed arrangement. Your domain and the content you provided stay yours.
