Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and explain the basis on which we provide information and services through it. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Manchester PC Services LTD, trading as Manchester PC, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13356970, VAT number 413260048), with its registered office at Cariocca Enterprises, 2 Sawley Road, Miles Platting, Manchester M40 8BB. You can contact us at ai@manchester-pc.co.uk or on 0161 660 0356.
2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that breaks the law, infringes anyone’s rights, or could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with anyone else’s use of it. In particular:
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system or database
- Do not introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful material
- Do not scrape, harvest or systematically extract data or content from the site without our written permission
- Do not misuse our website assistant, for example to extract our content, abuse the service, or try to make it behave outside its purpose
3. The information on this website
We provide the information on this website in good faith and try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or current. Nothing on this website is professional, legal, financial, tax or technical advice that you should rely on without speaking to us or a suitable adviser first.
Service descriptions, examples, case studies, and any figures showing what something "could" cost or save, are for illustration only. They are not promises, guarantees or quotes. We do not guarantee any particular result, including search engine rankings, leads, sales, or recommendations by AI tools.
4. Our website assistant (AI chatbot)
Our website assistant uses artificial intelligence to give general help and answer questions. Its replies may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and they are not advice. The assistant cannot enter into any binding commitment on our behalf: any booking, quote, price or order is only confirmed by a person and a written agreement.
Please do not enter sensitive personal information, passwords or payment details into the assistant. We record conversations to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss arising from your reliance on the assistant’s replies.
5. Prices, quotes and services
This website is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to enter a contract. Any service we provide is subject to a separate written agreement, order form or quotation that we issue for that work, and those terms take priority over anything on this website.
Where prices are shown, they may change, and we state whether they include or exclude VAT. Our Free Website Design offer has its own published Free Website terms, which apply to that service. Our other services (such as AI automation, web design, website maintenance and consulting) are governed by the specific agreement we provide for that work.
6. Intellectual property
This website and all of its content, including the design, layout, text, graphics, images, logos and code, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Manchester PC" and our logo are our trade marks.
You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or use any part of the website or its content for commercial purposes, or pass it to a third party, without our prior written permission.
7. Links to other websites
Where this website links to other websites, those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse those websites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Following any external link is at your own risk.
8. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors or interruptions. We may suspend, withdraw, change or restrict all or part of the website at any time, and we will not be liable if it is unavailable for any period.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from your reliance on any content or on our website assistant. As this website is aimed at businesses, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Our responsibility for any paid service is set out in the separate agreement for that service, not in these website terms.
10. Your responsibility to us
You agree to compensate us for any loss, damage, cost or expense we suffer arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.
11. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check this page from time to time.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Contact us
If you have any questions about these terms, contact us at ai@manchester-pc.co.uk or on 0161 660 0356.
