Which areas do you serve?
Our business services focus on Manchester and Stockport. Websites, Google Business Profile work, local SEO and remote support work at any distance. Device collection covers about five miles around our Ancoats and Miles Platting offices; for addresses outside that, we confirm the options before booking.
Do you visit business premises?
We do not repair on site. We collect devices and repair them in our workshop, and solve many software problems through remote support. Our offices are open by appointment only.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes, for every job.
How are prices agreed?
Device repairs start with our £75 standard service fee including VAT, plus quoted parts. Websites are on fixed monthly packages from £100 plus VAT. Everything else is quoted in writing before work starts.
