Do you consider faulty devices?
Yes. A fault does not rule a device out, and scratches and normal wear are fine. The device must be complete. Tell us about any repairs, upgrades or replaced parts: we assess these individually.
How do I get an offer?
Fill in our short form with the details and some photos. We will review your details and reply by email. If it is something we can use, we send an offer, valid for seven days.
Do you collect, or can I post it?
Once you accept an offer, we can arrange collection for selected Manchester and nearby postcodes, at no charge. Elsewhere in the UK, we send you written instructions for posting it.

How selling to us works

Choose the device type and describe the model, its condition, any faults and any repairs or upgrades.

Add photos and your details
Upload clear photos, including any damage, and give us your contact details and postcode.

We review it and reply by email
If it is something we can use, we email you an offer based on what you have told us. Offers are valid for seven days.

Accept, then arrange handover
If you accept, we arrange collection for selected Manchester and nearby postcodes, or send you written instructions for posting it.

We inspect it and pay you
We check the device matches your description and agree the final price with you, then pay by bank transfer to an account in your name.

What makes a device suitable
Devices must be complete. Everyday scratches and scuffs are expected. Tell us about any repairs, upgrades or replaced parts: we assess these individually.
We are happy to look at
- Working devices with normal signs of use
- Cracked screens and cosmetic damage
- Devices that will not turn on, charge or start up
- Battery, keyboard, port and similar faults
- Disclosed official repairs and properly fitted upgrades, assessed individually
Generally not suitable
- Repairs that were not disclosed, or poor-quality repair work
- Stripped devices or missing components
- Account or management locks that cannot be removed
- Reported lost or stolen, or not yours to sell

Before you hand it over
Your personal data and accounts stay your responsibility until the device leaves you, so there are a few things to do once you have accepted an offer:
- Back up anything you want to keep.
- Sign out of your Apple, Google or Microsoft accounts and turn off Find My or similar protection. Activation and account locks must be removed before we can buy a device.
- Erase the device if it still works, and take out SIM and memory cards.
- For a work device, make sure your organisation has released it from management and that you are authorised to sell it.

We will never ask for
- Passwords or passcodes
- Recovery keys
- Bank or card details on the form
- Identity documents on the form
Repair it or sell it?
If your device is worth fixing and you would like to keep it, our repair team can help: see laptop repair, MacBook repair or PC repair. Repair quotes use a separate repair quote form.
If you would rather move on from it, whether it works or not, this is the place. There is no need to repair a device before selling it to us, and please do not take anything out of it.
